Rice: imports from Brazil amount to 764.86k t in March/January

Paddy rice imports from Brazil totaled 44.12 tonnes in the MY 2022/23 (March 2022 to January 2023). As for processed rice, 764.86 thousand tonnes were brought from abroad in the season as a whole.

Imports of husked rice totaled 405.62 thousand tonnes in the period from March to January. The SAFRAS & Mercado analyst Evandro Oliveira organized the information.
