Brazilian meat producers want to increase the supply of chicken to the United Kingdom, and the government of President Jair Bolsonaro is negotiating an increase in quotas for the export, said the president of ABPA (the Brazilian association of animal protein), Ricardo Santin, at a press conference this Wednesday.

ABPA, which represents large meat producers such as BRF and JBS, said that Brazil is also trying to start exporting pork to Canada, adding that an agreement to access this market is imminent.
