See below the rankings of the top 50 OTI (NVO) operating in Brazil and Argentina in terms of container shipping in January and February 2022 (Jan-Feb 2022) compared to the same two months in 2021, based on Datamar’s DataLiner data.
Brazil
Kuehne & Nagel leads exports in Brazil, with 8,237 TEUs handled in the first two months of 2022, a drop of 8.73% compared to the same period in 2021. The second place, Amtrans Logistics, exported a volume of 21.7 % lower in the same comparison.

Regarding imports, Asia Shipping leads the Brazilian ranking with 24,374 TEUs handled in the first two months of 2022, down 12.97% compared to the same period in 2021.

Argentina
Kuehne & Nagel ranked first in Argentina’s export rankings, with export volumes down 80.33% in the first two months of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021. Project Cargo, which came in second, grew by 50% in the same time frame.

In imports, most OTIs showed growth in Jan-Feb 2022 compared to Jan-Feb 2021. The first place in the Argentine ranking, DHL Global Forwarding, for example, increased imported volumes by 176.69%.
