Court grants CODESA reposession

In a decision by the federal court which came out on November 4th, CODESA repossessed a 74,232 m² area which is currently illegally occupied by Hiper Export Terminais Retroporttuários S/A, in Capuaba, Vila Velha.
In addition, it rejected Hiper Export’s preliminary injunction to retain four warehouses installed in that area.
The decision was taken by the Second Federal Civil Court of Vitória, which set the deadline for voluntary eviction at fifteen days.
