Several vessels carrying Brazilian soybeans have arrived at the Port of Zhoushan in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province after China significantly reduced its imports of agricultural products from the United States amid tariff and trade disputes.
An estimated 40 ships loaded with Brazilian soybeans are expected to dock at the Port of Zhoushan in April 2025, a 48% increase from the same period last year.
The volume of Brazilian soybeans unloaded at this port could reach 700,000 tons, a 32% rise compared to April 2024, when 530,000 tons were handled.
