BRF has announced the successful completion of its first sale of chicken meat to French Polynesia since the market opened on March 29. The company is set to ship 27 tonnes of the animal protein to the capital, Papeete, from the port of Itajaí in the Southern state of Santa Catarina next month.
The expectation is that the volume of BRF exports to the region to be “regular,” according to the company.
