Coffee: global exports drop 1.8% in October

Coffee exports from member and non-member countries of the International Coffee Organization (ICO) totaled 9.69 million bags of 60 kg in October, the first month of the 2022/23 world harvest, compared to 9.87 million bags in the same month of 2021 (-1.8%).
According to the ICO, Arabica coffee exports totaled 80.54 million bags in the months up to October, compared to 82.18 million bags in 2020/21. In addition, robusta variety shipments totaled 48.26 million bags, compared to 47.09 million.
