Brazil: trade balance reaches USD 1833 bln surplus in 3rd week of November

The Brazilian trade balance recorded a trade surplus of US$ 1.833 billion in the third week of November 2022. According to data released on Monday, November 21, by the Ministry of Economy, the value of exports reached US$ 6.488 billion and imports US$ 4.655 billion.
The November surplus is at US$ 3.488 billion. In the year, the trade balance is positive at US$ 54.837 billion.
The daily average of exports reported in the first three weeks of November increased by 35%, with a rise of 64.6% in agriculture, 25% in manufacturing, and 40.9% in extractive industry products.
On the other hand, imports rose 2.6%, with a 27.1% drop in agriculture, growth of 1.3% in the extractive industry, and 5.3% in products from the manufacturing industry, always in comparison with the daily average.
