Corn: Brazilian exporters forecast 7.132M tonnes in shipments in Sept

Data released this week by the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec) indicate that Brazil should export 7.132 million tonnes of corn in September. In September last year, Brazil shipped 2.546 million tonnes of corn. In August 2022, cereal shipments totaled 6.897 million tonnes. In 2022 to date, corn shipments reached 26.048 million tonnes.
According to Anec, between the 18th and 24th of September, Brazil exported 1.937 million tonnes of the cereal. Between September 25th and October 1st, shipments are projected to reach 1.756 million tonnes.
